Delivery & Returns
Delivery only within New Zealand
An overseas order may be placed with a New Zealand delivery address. Currently, we do not deliver outside New Zealand.
Delivery within 3-5 days
We endeavor to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days of us confirming receipt of your order, although this time frame is an estimate only.
If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a delay (e.g. because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any).
Physical delivery address required as delivery is by courier
We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address so please provide a physical address.
Delivery will be by courier or freight forwarder
Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it. If you are unavailable to sign for an item when our courier calls, we will leave a card at the delivery address so you can arrange for the re-delivery or collection of your goods.
The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery
We stand by the quality of our products and services and we will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you do receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged product, please contact us on 06 7657710 or email@example.com to arrange a return, replacement or refund.
How to return product
Please return the product(s) to us in the original condition within 30 working days of receipt, including a copy of your receipt, and we will replace, exchange or refund your purchase using the original payment method.
All returns should be sent with supporting documentation in the original or appropriate packaging to:
