Talk to OnFarmSafety New Zealand about Health and Safety on your Farm
OnFarmSafety New Zealand team walk and talk the business of farming every day, this is what we bring to all our farmer consultations when it comes to discussion regarding Health and Safety on your property. We customise a plan that suits you (Your Farm Your Plan).
Our practical realistic approach, coaching, guidance and training will help to create a system that will work and can be incorporated into your farming system is what ensures that our Health and Safety programmes will work continuously and be compliant long term – not just another folder gathering dust in the farm office.
We listen and take into account the work load you and your teams manage every day and devise a Health and Safety system around this. Many Health & Safety systems are designed for a “controllable, lock the door, put a roof over it” workplace. The Farm workplace is not like this – we know that sometimes when working within the rural industry that there are other uncontrollable factors that need to be managed.
We understand the change in culture that needs to take place in the farming industry and will support every farmer as they develop their customised Farm Health and Safety Plan to create safer farms.
OnFarmSafety New Zealand is passionate about supporting this change in culture and its safety advisory role with all farm owners, staff and their families.
